Description

2005 and 2006 Maserati gransport are the last real Maserati sports car as the following year( 2007)they only made the sedan and in 2008 they introduce the Gran tourismo which is a much bigger and heavier car focused on luxury touring as the name implies. The gransport is an evolution of the smaller coupe chasis with EVERYTHING modified for a huge improvement in handling, cornering and all out sports car appeal. Front facia have bigger grill with more aggressive chin spoiler and side vents for brake cooling. Sides have surf board size sills to increase down force. Rear have lip spoiler and deep skirt to encase 4 large pipes and mesh grill. This car have the best looking rear this side of the new Lamborghini ( $400000 with a few options it ought to make breakfast too ). On the inside the entire interior is changed, deep wide racing seats, brightex fabric insert for that chic Italian look. Center console and dash are all new with carbon fiber and new sound system as well. Skyhook active suspension is now standard as well as lower suspension mounting points and 19 inch wheels and lower profile tires. Free flow valved exhaust allows you to change the sound with a push of the sport button, it also stiffens the shocks and get you ready for action! Few extra ponies are now available and faster paddle shift programming allow gear change to happen in 0.18 seconds with throttle blips to match so they think it is Schumacher at the helm!

This particular car is a pristine example of the Gransport. Sure there are cheaper one, i assure you that ( i looked at one last week that upon inspection , it needed $27000 of work, i always tell my client there is nothing more expensive than a bargain exotic car!!! ) This car is basically one owner, first owner had it a year and second owner for 5 years and took great care of it. It had Brand new brakes, 4 BRAND new PIRELLI P zero ROSSO W rated tires( $2000 a set plus alignemnt which is another $500 at the dealer ) and was just inspected on april 27th by Maserati /Ferrari of Beverly Hills and everything works and nothing is needed except for rear tires and accessory drive belt which we replaced plus :

oil and filter with ferrari 599 oil additive and full synthetic oil

coolant flush

Motul racing brake fluid

Tansmission fluid and differential fluid and filter

air filter and cabin pollen filter

life time ultra performance Iridium spark plugs

With all that done, this car need NOTHING and will need nothing for some time to come. One other thing, water pump are prone to light seapage after 20000 miles and replacement runs $1600 in parts and 14 hours of labor which is about $2200. We just ahd this done so that is another thing that is of value to the new owner. Everything have been inspected and documented and clutch was measured at 54%. Additional cost options on this car included Auditorium 200 sound, ball polish 19 inch wheel, painted brake calipers, Xenon light with washer, aluminum foot pedals and aluminum passenger foot plate,heated seats,cruise control. It has all books and service records plus all three keys.

No curb rash no door dings, no paint damage, no scratches, no body work, no smoking, no pets. Just a huge $70000 discount from new!
